Can I make a purchase without registering?

Certainly, you can make a purchase without registration. When placing an order, fill in the required fields (name, address, phone number, email) for the invoice, choose a payment method, and order the products easily without registration.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

At the bottom of the login form on your user account, click on the link “Forgot your password?” In the input field that opens, enter your username or email address and click the “RESET PASSWORD” button. We will then send you instructions to reset your password to your email. Follow the instructions in the email and reset your password, which you can then use to log in to your online store user account and continue with sweet purchases.

How do I use your discount coupon?

Very simple! First add the selected products to your cart, then go to the cart. The discount coupon input field is located on the right side, below the “Proceed to Checkout” button. If the coupon is compatible with other coupons, you can enter multiple coupons at this point.

After confirming the discount code, the shipping cost increased. How is that possible?

The shipping cost depends on the value of your order. After entering the discount code, the total order amount may fall below the free shipping threshold, and thereby the shipping cost is automatically calculated. Be aware, sometimes it may be worth purchasing an additional item to keep the order price unchanged.

I entered the discount coupon code, but the discount was not applied. Why?

Sometimes discount coupons only apply to specific products or their validity is limited to a certain time or number of customers who can use them. Some coupons can be combined, while others can only be used individually. The terms of use for each coupon you receive are listed.

What are the payment methods?

In the lucifer-chocolate.si online store, we offer the following payment methods:

  • Prepayment by bank transfer
  • PayPal payment service,
  • Payment with a credit card.

What are the shipping costs?

In the Lucifer Chocolate online store, we want to satisfy all customers, so we deliver purchased products to any location in Slovenia. Shipping costs depend on the value of your order. If you make an online purchase of €50 or more, we deliver the purchased products for free. For orders valued at up to €49.90, the shipping cost is €4.90.

Can I order delivery to a different address?

You can also order delivery to another address. Before paying for the products, check the option “DELIVER TO ANOTHER ADDRESS,” which can be found under the form with the payer’s details. Then enter the required delivery information in the new form that opens.

Can I pick up the ordered products in person?

Certainly. Personal pick-up is possible at our Lucifer Café in Velenje. When ordering, enter in the “notes” field that you wish to pick up the products in person and provide your phone number. We recommend that you also inform us about the time of picking up the order by phone at 03 588 30 80 or 031 717 913 (Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 3 pm) so that we can deliver the ordered products to the café on time.

When will I receive the ordered products?

Products in stock will be shipped within 2-5 business days from order confirmation. If the products are not in stock, we will inform you separately about the estimated delivery time.

How can I track my order or shipment?

You can check the status of your order at any time in your user account. Once the shipment is dispatched, we will notify you via email.

Do I have to pay a fee to the Slovenian Post upon receiving the package?

For cash on delivery payments, Post of Slovenia charges an additional commission for payment order (valued at €1.05 or according to the postal price list). Likewise, Post of Slovenia charges a commission if you choose cash on delivery payment and pay with a credit card to the deliverer.

For all orders for which you have already paid the purchase price with us, you do not need to pay any additional cash on delivery.

What happens to the shipment if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If no one is at home during delivery, the mail carrier will leave a Notice of Arrival letter, which you can use to pick up your package at your Post Office.

Can I return products, and what is the return process?

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), as a customer in the online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without the need to state a reason for your decision. Read more about the entire product return process and your rights here.
